Rachel instructs the following:
  • FLEXIBILITY TRAINING (Highly Recommended For All Levels)
  • *This class is highly recommended for all levels.

    In this 60-Minute class you will:
    • Use active and static stretches to improve strength, stability, circulation and flexibility.
    • Learn the proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility, taking it to the next level.
    Dress Appropriately:
    • Dress Comfortably in warm attire such as long sleeve shirt, sweat pants, leg warmers, yoga pants, tights, etc. 
    *YOGA MAT REQUIRED (Available for rent at the front desk)

    Please arrive at least 15 min early to allow yourself time for parking and class preparation.
    Late Policy:
    If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right to give your place to another student on the waiting list.
    Cancellation Policy:
    We have a 12-hr cancellation Policy. If you late cancel you will loose your class credit. *Monthly members will be charged $19 every-time you late cancel.

  • NEEDLE SCALE + FULL BODY FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

  • SENSUAL DANCE FITNESS (All levels welcome)
  • Bring Your Heels! This class is all about fun sexy dance moves that will whip you into shape!! Knee pads are highly encouraged. To succeed in this sensual dance class you must develop open communication and trust with your instructor. Stay present and enjoy the journey of your practice. New levels of Beauty, Power, Strength, Fun and Achievement await. We request all students to bring a journal to every class and track individual progress.  Silence cell phones - Absolutely no texting or non training-related talking in practice area. - If you need to use your phone take it outside. - Please respect the student-teacher relationship and follow any request from your teacher. - Please stay on your own mat and refrain from talking to and assisting other students. - Please do not work on any new tricks unless agreed upon with your teacher. - Respect your limits, listen to your body and when in doubt consult your instructor. - Practice with care and consideration towards yourself and others. - Refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to and 30 minutes after your practice. - Drink plenty of water after your practice. - Be sure that you are groomed and clean, personal hygiene is an integral part practice. - Remove lotion or oils on all body parts prior to class. If using, you must clean your mat and pole thoroughly upon class completion.

  • 90-MIN DEEP FLEXIBILITY TRAINING (LEFT, RIGHT + MIDDLE SPLIT)

  • BEGINNER LEVEL POLE FITNESS (First-Time Students Welcome)
  • This class is an introduction to our signature pole dance and fitness syllabus. Each class will include a full body stretch, strength training and pole technique.

    This class welcomes first-timers and beginner students. Once you are climbing and inverting comfortably you may proceed into Intermediate classes. More advance students looking to brush up on fundamentals are welcome.

    Dress Appropriately:

    • Outer layer (for warm-up): Warm wear such as long sleeve shirt, sweat pants, leg warmers, yoga pants, tights, etc.
    • Inner layer (for pole part of class): Short Stretchy shorts and sleeveless top as skin grips pole.
    • No lotion/oil anywhere on your body.

    *YOGA MAT & SMALL HAND TOWEL ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL POLE CLASSES (Both items are available for rental at the front desk)
